I do not have my CHL yet, but it is on the short term radar. I've heard some stuff about class requirements changing for the '16. I'm not against any additional classroom time and in fact I think I would prefer it.

Are the rumors of increased class time true? If not then I'll just try and get it done now.

No. Same req's as currently on the books. They just lowed the required number of classroom hours in the 2013 Lege Session.

On top of the reduced hours for the '13 Lege? I don't remember seeing that. Is that hour for open carry specific education?
