It's a nice lodge. They'll put you up right. Most likely one boat but they might split you up. (Doubt it). They've got a nice pier to fish off of at night, don't know about wadding around the lodge.

Fun place !! Going next week again

We send all of our clients thru there multiple times a year. It is fantastic. Capt Chris does it right. I wouldn't worry about taking your gear down there, you will probably be too tired to do much in the evenings other than eat the awesome food and relax. 4 adults is a bit crowded, they typically won't put more than 3 adults and a guide on a boat. Get ready for dinner, you're in for a treat. Don't forget your booze

As others have said before - you will get plenty of fishing that morning. Im young and enthusiastic and would still just relax in the evenings... Its getting hot and a day on water followed by the legendary Steak Dinners they serve will render you helpless.

I imagine they will keep you to one boat.... I would if i were them.

I've been going down there with them for years. Even before the new lodge. I'm not sure where this pier is that was mentioned. Really no where that I know of to wade by the lodge.

Thank for the info, all. It sounds like I won't need to mess with extra gear, which will be nice because it'll make room for another cooler.

Even if four guests to a boat is a little tight, I'd prefer that over splitting up. I'm content not fishing much and letting my wife get in on the action as much as possible if it comes down to it. The more I can get her interested in fishing, the better. I'm sure my buddy feels the same about his, as well.
