Had a great morning out there yesterday with my brother and another buddy taking them teal hunting for their first duck hunt down on the Pipkin Ranch with a good Aggie guide (John West, c/o '03).

We dropped 12 birds but lost one and one was so beyond mangled there was nothing edible left. Birds were working pretty good early and we put 8 in the water before 7:30 but they got really spooky after that. I was really pleased my brother and buddy were able to drop a couple birds each. If I could have hit some doubles we'd have limited out easily. My buddy is already ready to go back.

That's my neck of the woods out in Chambers Co. Glad y'all had a successful trip.
