Gave my Tokarev TT-33 and ammo to a brother-in-law in exchange for some construction work at my house. That's been a few years, but I could find ammo fairly easy - not at Wal-Mart or Academy, but at your local gun store or the monthly gun show.
Mil-surp is corrosive. Stay away from that if you can. Sellier & Bellot (sp?) make that ammo. Its non-corrosive, but found that it fires dirty - leaves lots of residue in the barrel.
I think Fiocchi might manufacture that caliber, but you'll pay a bit more. You also might find some by Prvi-Partisan - they specialize in odd-ball and "obsolete" calibers. CCI might also have some in that caliber as well?
