Bug bombs or foggers to use in house?

Figure some of you guys have fogged some crawling bad boys before.

What kind of fogger would you recommend to annihilate a horde of wood and asian cockroaches?

Id like one thats pilot light safe, but if those are no good then tell me.

Get a professional exteriminator for a big kill; then you can use the pump spray and roach bait traps your self.

I wouldn't recommend setting off a bug bomb in your living structure unless it has concrete walls and non plush furniture.

Residual would get on everything (counter-tops, couch, walls, etc)
