Somebody called me that has heard radio ads for a new gun store in Bryan. Its looks like its on Old College, fairly close to Sullivan's Outfitters. Grand opening is supposed to be tomorrow, I think I'll head over there and at least take a look. Has anybody else heard about it? Its supposed to be started by two marines.

Went by there a few weeks ago. Smallish store, had a big knife sale going. At that time they didnt have atf papers for guns yet, may have it by now. Not sure what they will do price wise to compete with Champion, Academy, etc. Owners seems like good guys. If i had $, I wouldnt hesitate to give them my business.

Nov 29th Grand Opening. They do have their FFL and firearms in stock.

NRA and TSRA Life

Went by last weekend. Nice store. Not a lot of inventory. The owner(?) said he literally just got them (a few AR-15s, SCARs, and pistols) in the previous night.

Went by today. Met the owner, his partner and a couple of others. They all seem to be good dudes. I liked what I saw and they have a vision and a plan for where they want to go with the business.

They have all been there and done that and have the right attitude about what their experiences bring to the table.

They are right guys that deserve some support. Go spend a buck or two there.

Can't imagine a store being able to compete with Champion...been to lots of fun stores and Champion is always my favorite by a wide margin.

Champion has a great showroom. But when they got started in one of the broom closet offices behind Tractor Supply they didn't have 1/10 of what the GC guys have in their store right now.

Plus, the guys at GC didn't ask me to leave when I said I was just looking and couldn't buy anything today...

No one at champion tells you to leave.

For those who have been here, how does their prices compare to champions or anyone else?

good guys, hella vision for future plans. Expect to grow into personal survival training/marksman training/possibly hog hunts (co-owner is a pilot). They are getting their feet wet this year but the sky is seriously the limit with the 2 owners.

Went by about noon. Plenty of pistol ammo at competitive prices. Lots of bulk 525 pack Remington & Federal 22LR for under 30$. Firearm inventory small but selection is top notch. Nice people behind the counter. Always happy to support local businesses & hope they do well.

Anyone know the hours or operation? Wouldn't mind hitting them up tomorrow.

Believe the sign said 10 to 7 Mon-Sat

Yah that's right, they're open pretty late on weekdays.
