Has anyone here sent a pair back for new lenses lately? I have two pairs that I'd like to send in. One pair is scratched and the other I don't like the lens color. I'm looking at 400G lenses.

Was $85 last time I sat on mine and shattered the glass lenses. Been several years ago.

I just got back a pair that had a broken frame. One lens was scratched and when I sent in the $50 they wanted for the frames and the glasses came back the scratch was gone.

Do you think they just sent me a new pair of glasses or polished out the lens?? I know it's an aside but it left me curious.

They send new pairs, as mine came back a different color.

When I sent a pair back to get the frames repaired they broke one of my lenses, so I got a new pair of glasses in return.

$100 for a 580 I sent in with a cracked lens.

What pisses me off about Costa is they make you send the glasses in to get a quote. I've sent 2 pair of MJs in and had a lens replaced for $25 and got a brand new replacement pair for $100. I'm done with Costa
