I have a hole in the driver's seat of my f150. Right on the edge, from getting in and out so much. It's the size of an eraser right now but we all know I'll be missing half the foam in the seat in a few months if I don't do something.

So, what brands are good? What brands are terrible? Where should I buy from?

Tia fellas.

Wet okole. Be prepared to pay though. I love mine.

I bought the cheap Cabelas Trail Gear seat covers many years ago and they have held up fine. They look brand new.

What type of seats? Leather or cloth?

If leather, I replaced the seat and back covers on my F250 with factory replacements from a company in Dallas for a pretty reasonable price.

The cheap camo ones you find at Academy or even Walmart hold up fairly well. I've had mine for a little over four years, my dad had one last a little over two (he is the ultimate stress test for equipment). I've heard great things about Wet Okole, but hard to justify $200 for seat covers when you can spend $25 and then get a new one every now and then. But that's just me.

How do the cheap ones fit? I just don't want to have to dick with putting them back on because they slip of all the time. If the cheap ones at Academy or Walmart stay in the seats in fine with Byng them. If I have to spend more so I don't have to hassle with them, I will.

Wet Okole...custom for your specific seats in your truck

I am in the same boat with my driver side cloth seat on my 2004 F150.

How do the Wet Okole compare to Marathon seat covers?

Do you mean slip off when getting in and out? Never a problem at all. For my truck with the seatbelts built into the seats, mine were a little more tedious to put on but have stayed on this entire time even with being outdoors and working a lot. The slip on ones are way easier to put on and hold just as good to the seat, even with my dads slightly lifted truck which he slides down out of most of the time.

I have the cheapo Cabela's covers on mine. They work and don't move around much. I have the same hole in my seat and now a hole in the seat cover. If I replace it, it will be the third one I have put on it in 7 years..... So I'm out maybe 75 bucks. I got the hole in the seat within the first year and Ford wouldn't do anything. It had ripped several pairs of pants and cut me.
I would go with the cheap ones from Cabelas

You can fix this problem by not sliding in and out of your seats and stepping into them

Wet Okole. Just use the UV spray regularly so the son doesn't fade them. My black ones have a blue middle inlay and the tops faded in the TX sun. I was too lazy to take my own advice.

+1 for the Marathon. I have climbed into my truck a couple of times with screwdrivers in my pocket (pointy side up) no damage other than a polished tip on the screwdriver. They are a bit pricey, but custom fit and indestructible in my book.

Ordered a Marathon seat cover for my daughter's truck. Hand made in the USA. They actually called me while making mine to ask me a question about the seat belt configuration.

They aren't cheap or fast but they make a great product.

Another vote for Marathon. I have had my set for about 5 years and still love them.

Not sure where you are located. Call one of the Ranch Hand Truckfitter stores. I recommend covercraft. They are great covers.

What year is it? You can find replacement seats pretty cheap, some are less than new covers. They are easy to replace, 4 bolts and some connectors.

98,000 miles on my marathons. They wear like iron. Lots of hunting/work/wet waders on this miles.

I bought some cheapos from Walmart for $35. I'm not impressed with the for at all but they are universal. As long as they don't slip off the seat every other time I get in or out they'll be fine I guess.

Thanks for the input guys. If these piss mefoff to no end I'll go with a more expensive option.
