I'm interesting in buying a new or used enclosed cargo trailer for light-weight recreational gear, to be used perhaps 20 times per year at most (about 6x12 size). Won't be carrying too much weight, I think single axel should be fine.

Have a lot of questions:
1. What brands are best? I'd heard that Wells Cargo was the best, and I see that they have three different makes: wells cargo, road force, and now fastrac (quality from highest to lowest). Would wells cargo be overkill? Fastrac okay? I see that for example the exterior of WC is .030, whereas fastrac is .024. Other brands? Haulmark?
2. What extras on a trailer are essential? Roof vents? Side vents? Electrical options that allow generator hookup and AC power?
3. Do any of you use your trailer also as a camper? What should I know for that kind of setup?
4. Anyone get a ramp door and wish they got a swinging door?
5. How to inspect a used trailer?
