Buddy of mine just gave me a pound of ground Nilgai and said it was fantastic for burgers.

So what's your recipe ?

Also, just for regular beef patty burgers how do you like to season/marinate it?

Texjoy steak seasoning and Worcester sauce, but that's just the way I do burgers
