How long do you want to ignore this user?
We adopted a puppy from BARC on Monday 6/3 and she was spayed the same day. Well on Saturday 6/8 she proceded to run around like the Jack Russell that she is and she ripped her stitches out which required a return trip to the vet where they put in real stitches (not the dissolving kind). We really need to board her Saturday night for one night, but they won't take her if she has stitches. Are the stitches ready to come out?

TL;DR: Do you think a vet will remove the stitches today?

That looks to be all internal stitches. Nothing to remove.

Sorry for the huge pic, photobucket etc are blocked at work.

They are external stitches. You can feel them if you rub yor hand over it and the vet told us to come back in 10 days to have them removed

Definitely look like sutures do not need to be removed. I am not a vet but suture routinely.

The sutures that need to be removed are black or blue. That looks like a running suture under the skin. Should be good.

I do not see any sutures to come out. There was probably 1 stitch and she pulled it out. Looks fine.

This is typically called a purse string stitch I believe. one end comes out of the ends of each end of the incision and the vet can pull it tight, then knot it off and clip off the suture material. Usually tucking the bit under the skin and gluing shut.

At least that's what it looked like when my vet used to do it. It's a really good suture imo.
