Hard Chrome vs Parkerized Finish? I'm looking a rifle and the HC is $50 more than the PK. Any huge advantage vs the costs?

Hard Chrome is going to give you a nice and shiny (and bright) silver colored rifle, whereas parkerizing is going to give you a dull gray to green military type finish.

Are you talking about bore and chamber, or surface?

Hard chrome is probably going to be slightly better in terms of corrosion protection, and more durable.

Keep in mind that chrome will chip with impact though. Parkerizing is a phosphate coating that protects the metal, but it is more like paint in that it will scratch and wear on sharp edges.

I think they make black chrome finishes, but can't tell you for sure.

CZ shotguns all have chrome finishes - some black and some silver.
