I'm planning a get together for family, and I would really like to rent a place where we could fish right off of the porch, deck, or private dock. It needs to sleep 12 or 14 people. It also needs to be within 3 hours or so from DFW. It does NOT have to be fancy or luxury in anyway. Cheap is good for my clan.

I thought I would ask here because you all know a lot more about lakes than I do. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I didn't originally see that you needed to be close th DFW. Those cabins are too far away.

A little far for some of the family, but those are awesome. Maybe I will ditch the rest of em and take my sons to the coast instead.
