There was an article in The Chronicle last week about how more and more Plecos are being caught in the area....some quite large.

They too are not suppose to tolerate cold water but they do if it is deep enough apparently.

houston doesn't lack for aquatic invasives. what keeps a lot of invasives going in the winter is warm water inflow.

Do you think it will ever get that cold again here in Houston?? This summer has been brutal.

I am jokingly surprised there is enough water anywhere for fish to swim. SO.DRY.HERE.
