What do you use? Mink oil, saddle soap, leather conditioner?

I've used mink oil in the past, but only on work boots. I wear boots daily in the office now, what should I use?

Obenauf's oil for keeping leather supple & their paste/wax during rain & snow. Huberd's shoe grease works well also.

Any advice for Stingray's? I have a pair that are black, and starting to fade to grey just a bit on the tip of the toe.
