That is a commercial from a TV show on IFC called Rhett and Link: Commercial Kings. Its a show about two film guys who make humorous low budget commercials for local businesses.

I saw this on here yesterday and showed my class and they loved it. This afternoon another one of my students was telling about this video they say in another class and it was the same one. Apparently it made its way to the early show this morning. It jumped form 36k view to 707k over night.

Ol Jock, if you look at the comments of the YouTube video, or do a GIS search for Chuck Testa (<-- hilarious by the way) you find that our beloved Chuck is also a WWII re-enactment specialist and apparently that is a Nazi emblem he "captured" in "battle."
