I need a new wallet and don't want it to fall apart in a few years. I'm looking for a leather bifold one that isn't the long "checkbook" size. I would like to keep the price to <$50.

Any suggestions?

Fossil makes a good wallet. I have an A&M Fossil bifold wallet that I've had for several years.

I too would recommend a Fossil. I've had mine for about 3 years and it still looks like new. I got my at an outlet center too. $20 bucks is a great deal.

Got mine many years ago at Macy's for <$50. Looks just as nice today as it did the day I bought it.

I had a King Ranch wallet for about 8 years. I now have a cheap one from Wilson's leather and it still looks good about 1.5 years.

I carried Fossil wallets for years. My wife washed the most recent one about a year ago and I replaced it with this Tony Lama® Brown Floral Tooled Tri-fold Wallet.

I carry it in my front right pocket and like it a lot.

It might not be your style, though.

what are you guys doing with your wallets? i've had the same tj maxx black leather special for almost 10 years now, and it's still going strong. but then again, it only sits in my pocket or on my nightstand 24 hours a day.

I came here to post the Saddle Back wallet. It will be my next wallet when this Docker's one I got from Kohl's a few years ago wears out. It's holding up surprisingly well.

I'm a big fan of my Saddleback Leather checkbook wallet.

Still kinda bummed they discontinued them. It was a steal for $40.

I am finally able to get to a computer. Last night when I was searching on the net, the place that I found was the saddleback leather company, so I was hoping that someone would mention it. It sounds like their products are well thought of, so I may be ordering from them esp if they are in the San Antonio area.

Guess I'm going to have to investigate these Saddle Back's you guys are raving about. But like ATM2004, my old Dockers tri-fold just... wont... die...

The trip through the washer and dryer didn't do it any favors about 4 years ago, but that's nothing some polish wouldn't fix. But why bother, its a wallet!
