Why should I pay $200 (or whatever ya'll pay) when I can do it myself? Plus, it's fun and I can teach the kid a valuable skill.
But, if I had to take it anywhere, it would be that place in Schulenberg. They make all kinds of things out of your venison - hot links, deer sticks, dried sausage, you name it. Readfields and Slovacek are pretty lame - summer sausage and smoked sausage.
