I've looked at Mueller and they have a great product, but they want close to $20K which does not include construction. My brother-in-law and I have talked about doing it ourself, but if did, it would just take us a lot longer to get it done.
I live in one of my landlord's metal buildings who also did the rooftop of the Corner Bar in BCS. Let me know if you want his number. I'm sure he'd be willing to head that way. class of 98.
Donnie Reeh has done a few things for us and he does good work. Not saying other guys (Saltwater) don't, but I can personally vouch for Donnie as someone who will not disappoint. He may not travel that far for a 30'x60', but that is his decision to make since things are slow for everyone right now.
Make sure you don't pour any concrete until you purchase your building. Anchor bolts are much harder to get into cured concrete than when it is still wet.
