Does anyone know of a website or catalog for this place or do I just have to go over there and check it out?

You pretty much have to go by there. There are a couple places around huntsville that carry some of their rubs.
I like their stuff alot.

I cant fight this seasoning any longer
And yet I'm still afraid to let it flow
What started out as a marinade, has grown stronger
I only wish I cooked enough to use it more

I tell myself that I cant hold out forever

I haven't ever used their spices but have heard them mentioned many times for sausage spices.

After this weekend I have about 100lbs of mediocre at best sausage. I'm PO'ed to say the least. I've learned my lesson about using other people's recipes and methods
