Have ~10 break/fix IT accounts for medium density student housing locations. Looking to handoff to a competent person/org solely to do right by the clients as I can't be as responsive as I would expect anymore. Any recommendations for someone local that is NOT Avinext?

It's just handling wifi APs issues (Ruckus) and monitoring if internet (Optimum) goes down, etc and responding accordingly. Plus helping with basic "home type stuff" like smart TVs, helping an advisor setup a new PC. Time/materials.

NOT a full business with needs for M365, security monitoring, business continuity, etc.
