Website Access Help (Vendor website)

Howdy all.

So I have a vendor I use to book a lot of hotels for my clients. I can still log into the website. I can see all my existing bookings.

If I try to search for a new hotel, I get "no results found". Been having the issue for 2 weeks. Vendor hasn't been much help yet.

I've tried clearing c/c. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge. None of them work, all the same error.

BUT just now I tried my cellphone and I can log in on Explorer and Chrome.

Does anyone have ANY idea what it could be? I can do everything on my computer except search for hotels.

This leads me to believe that possibly it's my computer, but not sure what it could be? I'm beyond lost and frustrated.

Ad blocker installed on all of the browsers?

It's not. But that led me down to it being my Avast software.

I renewed it 1/21 and "upgraded" in the process.

I'm not sure which of the 5 products are blocking it.


Avast SecureLine VPN for Windows

Avast Premium Security for Windows

Avast Cleanup Premium for Windows

Avast AntiTrack for Windows

I think it may have been the "firewall" one when I killed it, just not seeing it at the moment.

At least I have started down the right track.
