One local grocery store has some pretty good sales sometimes that use digital coupons.

I generally see every app as a potential security hole and don't want it on my cell phone. Are digital coupons only available with digital apps?

I have an older Android smart phone that I have been tempted to use without the SIM card as a wifi only phone. I'm tempted to install the app on it and see if that works.

If you are talking HEB, you can clip the coupons online or in the app and generate a barcode that you can then scan in the store to apply them at the register.

Thanks. I'll see if this store has that. We don't have anything as good as an HEB around here.
