I currently use Google forms to receive exam re-take requests from professors and Google sheets to record and manage exam takers.

We were told that we can no longer use Google products by 2026, so I'm trying to find another option. We do have Microsoft of course, but I'm not very satisfied with OneDrive, etc.

Can anyone suggest a software? Ideally, I'd like to:

1. Receive requests from instructors with a copy (.pdf) of the exam.
2. Feed this information into a database, where we can track when (or if) exam takers come in to take their exams.
3. A system that takes student information and creates a cover sheet for each student that we can print out without having to manually input data.

Thoughts?
I know a lot about a little, and a little about a lot.

Unfortunately office is going to make the most sense for this.

Zoho has a lot of similar functionality to the Google products and I've used it some, but not sure if it would do everything you're wanting or not.

I've noticed a lot of folks starting to use Smartsheet.

No idea what the cost would be or if it would have all the functionality you would need, but it's supposedly good for project management/collaboration.

Is there a particular reason to avoid the Microsoft products? It sounds like your company is concerned about data on Google products. Is the school/company licensed for Microsoft 365? If so, you'll probably need to stick with Microsoft if only for data security.
Trump will fix it.
