Can you provide some details?

Repairing a photo could mean a lot of things.

Is there a section that is just improperly exposed (too dim or bright). --- Is the some blue because a subject was moving their are really fast etc.

Things like file size and type also matter, along with how the photo will end up being used. Compressed files like jpegs have less range as far as what you can do with editing versus RAW formats.

If you want to physically print the photo (especially large sizes) you need higher quality than something only being posted online.
