Moving into a new house

Has 4 LTS security cams already installed and an LTS DVR and monitoring station, having trouble figuring out how to transfer everything to me (called LTS but they were no help).

Looking to maybe update some locks/doorbells

House has speakers in the living room and outdoors built in, but no instructions on how to connect to them at all.

Does anyone have any specific companies they recommend to handle everything?

The old house has ring doorbells, ring cameras, and Smith Thompson.

Echo Workshop did my house in the Med Center area. They installed LTS surveillance for me, so they are familiar with it.

We use Houston Custom Installers. They did LTS cameras for us and audio/video integration using Control4. We continued using them as the previous owners used them and they were familiar with our system.

I guess we use their software, not really sure. We have audio/viodeo through them as well using Savant. It's a pretty slick system.
