On my tablet but it will on my phone. I have used my tablet to access TexAgs for the last year and now all of the sudden it want open. Other websites will, it says that it is taking to long to respond so it times out I guess. It does the same thing on my wife's iPad but not our phones. What am I doing wrong?

Go into settings for the browser and clear the cache/cookies/history. Sounds like it has cached a bad dns record for the site and keeps trying to load it.

Nope still says site can't be reached because it took to long to respond. Anything else I can do?

I'm sorry... but I find it hilarious how you had the exact same typo for "won't" two times on the same post.

No idea why but it looks like texags has some issues going on with its site. You might want to raise a thread in the tech help section and point them here. I can still access it fine on all my devices but cant ping the site at all.

A couple questions to hopefully narrow down the possible cause:

• What generation of iPad are you using?
• Which version of iOS?
• What browser are you using on the iPad? Any extensions (if applicable)?
• Are you connected to the same network as your phone? Are you using a VPN on one device but not the other?

It's a Samsung tablet less than a year old. No VPN, cell is just over Verizon not my hm network. I can reach it here at work. As far as the other stuff I will have to wait until I get home. I know that it's updated.

Just hooked my phone up to my home network and it would not load TexAgs either. So I don't know what to do.

What dns is your router using? If its the default one by your internet provider, that could be the issue.

How do I find that out and how come I can load all other websites but not TexAgs?

Can you PM me your IP address? It's possible you're being blocked by our firewall. I can check

Google "how to change my dns settings for *insert your router model here*"

I use google or cloudflares dns on my network.

Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

Most default dns from internet providers is garbage compared to the free offerings.

I came home and opened my tablet selected Texags and it went right to it without me doing anything.
