Looking to add DDNS to my NAS to use Vaultwarden. Any suggestions?

No-ip works fine for me. The monthly nag to refresh is not even bad on the free tier.
After rereading this, exposing your NAS to the internet is in general a very bad idea, and for such a trivial purpose JUST DON'T DO IT.
There are reasons to use DDNS, but putting your data at risk is not one of them.
The suggestion of tailscale is a great one to easily gain access in a far more secured and controlled way.

I purchased a domain through google domains, and just run a cronjob that checks my current PAT address, and updates the DNS record if it doesn't match the current resolution.

I'd use what ever your router supports, for me that was DynDNS. I used it for many years without trouble.

Many web hosting companies use cPanel. cPanel has dynamic DNS built in. Dynamic DNS through cPanel is what I'm currently using.

Why would you want to expose your password vault to the public internet? Use a VPN or something like Tailscale to access your network. I would expect your router or NAS has a VPN server built in or even support for tailscale

I've used several but your NAS provider likely already has a free one available.
