TV Mounting on Angled Wall?

We're in the process of having a house built with an outdoor fireplace. The fireplace was built angling back towards the chimney.

We'd like to mount a TV above the fireplace but I'm running into trouble on figuring out how to do that. I was originally planning on mounting the TV in some sort of box but I don't think that's happening with the angle

Photo below. There will be a mantle 18" above the fireplace but not a ton of room to mount the tv.

I've looked for tv bracket but I haven't found anything that will tilt down enough to be able to mount the tv on the angled slope and then be able to view it from in front.

I've also looked for a bracket that we could mount it directly to the mantle but I haven't seen a ton of those that look right.

Any suggestions or brackets that you know of that might work?

Get a ceiling mount and move your rough-in to the ceiling.

Just put your couch at an angle.

Also make sure your couch is far enough away or that you are going to be standing and watching from a bar or something.

That looks like a Chiropractors dream having a tv that high. My neck hurts just thinking about it.

There are a lot of options. Some that tilt, fold up, have adjustable lengths, etc. Wouldn't have to be right at ceiling level.

I know there are, but the amount of people who don't take it into consideration is painful.

I'd use a normal tv wall mount but would build a custom box/bracket to adapt it to the angled brick - either out of plywood or metal.

why not get them to install metal brackets the right distance apart to bolt to for the standard mounts into the framing behind the brick and have them brick around those mounts. then could use any standard one. wouldnt be the cleanest from behind. or build the box right above where the electrical ones so the brick is still square to the front at that point just big enough to install the mount.
