How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'm fairly new to the smarthome game, but I have several automations and triggers keyed off locations using Life360. "When last family member leaves then....." or "When first family member arrives then....." That's going away. So what alternatives do a I have? I have smartthings, Alexa, and Google home. Most of my routines are run through Alexa, but it's only has "this device" instead of all devices or all family members. IFTTT is kinda my last resort as some automations take several minutes to trigger, but it was working well for these few that I've got.

I grabbed a Raspberry Pi and put Home Assistant on it last week. I'm just a neophyte at this point, but I think it should be able to help you out. It might not be ease though.

Yeah 've looked a little at that setup. Just seems a little too technical to me. I could learn it and handle it fine, but I really want it to be accessible to everyone else in the house as well. Both Alexa and IFTTT are so easy. Smartthings is a little more involved, but home assistant ups that by a lot it seems. Definitely gives you more control and options though.
