Have a Nvidia Shield TV that will not power on. The box was plugged in with no surge protection at old house that was struck by lightning. Recieved a replacement power supply cable from Nvidia but does not fix the power on issue.

Is there a way to replace on-board power supply or is this unit just a paperweight now? Any other troubleshooting steps?
