iPhone with best battery life XR vs 11 pro max

If all I care about is battery life is it better to just go with the XR?

The $500 dollar price difference doesn't seem worth it for the 11 pro max or maybe I'm missing something.

Get the 11. Better battery life than the XR for $100 more. Same specs as 11 pro max.

I see some websites saying XR is has longer battery life than the 11, one says equal to, another less than. I suppose I'm just looking for the biggest battery life bang in the iPhone world for my buck.

I'm pretty sure the 11 has better battery. They're basically the same phone but the 11's CPU is more power efficient.

It's definitely a premium, but the 11 Pro Max battery and cameras are absolutely fantastic. First phone I've had in almost 20 years (pre smart phone) that can easily last a full day (6 am to midnight) without ever seeing a charger.

The battery life on the 11 Pro Max is unreal. I can go a day and an half without charging. And I use it for everything.
