There used to be in the early 2000's. Now a google search sends you to all sorts of scam sites.

I've always used this for land lines:

More recently I've been using this for cell phone lookup:

https://www.spydialer.com/

Both work with no sign up, fees, or other BS.

The ones I knew that used to work are now paid. White Pages site does show whether it is a VoIP number.
Since the robo-callers are typically VoIP calls, I would love an app that blocks all VoIP calls (without crowdsourcing).

I guess that could work - I just send all non-contacts to voicemail.

You would block almost every business line

That's too bad that they are all paid. I know AT&T has an app that identifies Spam callers that's crowdsourced.
