I have a TCL Roku TV which is hardwired to my router. Router is secure with WPA2. Every couple days, I get a message on the TV: "Nexus xyz would like to cast video to your TV." How is that possible and how do I prevent it?

Turn off wireless on the TV. Your neighbor probably also has a TCL Roku TV and doesn't know which one is his.

No guest mode. So you can cast to the TV without being on the same network? That doesn't seem right.
