Jpg's not previewing in file explorer

Windows 10 did an update and pics no longer preview in file explorer. I have gone to view tab, clicked options, then view tab and "always show icons, never thumbnails" is NOT selected. Everything I've googled shows that should fix my issue. Please help! Thanks

Not sure how to get to it in Win10 off the top of my head, but get to your advanced system settings -> Advanced Tab -> Performance, there's a checkbox that says "Show thumbnails instead of icons". Ensure that it's checked.

Even found this and went through options 1-5 and none do the trick. Very odd.
