This is a semi-convoluted question, but I'll try to make it as straightforward as possible.
I have a group iMessage thread with a group of family members. Up until now, it has worked fine. But recently, my grandmother will not receive photo iMessages from me in the group thread AND an individual conversation with her. But she is able to receive them from my brother. And Everyone else in the group receives mine just fine.
I have called Apple and AT&T and they suspect it is my grandmother's wireless connection. But that doesn't explain why my brother's go through and mine don't. My grandmother lives far away and is as good as most 70 year olds are with technology, but I think her settings are all correct.
Bottom line, I can send it through as an SMS...but just a strange thing going on.
(Also, we have signed in and out of iMessage, iCloud, restarted phones, deleted the group thread and started a new one, deleted contact info and made a new one, etc. etc.)
Any thoughts or suggestions??
