Try doing a Google search. You should get some pretty helpful answers in some online forums. I found the best calibration settings in an amazon review for my TV.

Check out AVSforums, someone will have recommended calibration for your model. As always, the "correct" settings will vary wildly according to light level and personal taste.

Here's one for a 48" Insignia, not sure your model #

I'm amazed at how complicated this can be. I think I've found a decent setting but good grief, this is a science for some people.

AVSForums was where I found my current configuration for a 55" Sony Bravia I have in my living room.

You're right Irish, it's really surprising when you start playing with settings how difficult it is to get the picture exactly how you want it. I'd suggest not being a perfectionist about it, but getting it as close to what you want as you can and then leaving it alone for a few days. I felt like my eyes adjusted to what I set it on and started to consider that to be the perfect settings.
