I have an iPad air that is less than 2 years old, and it had been giving me blue screens of death. It glitched again this morning and then gave me a red screen. I have scheduled an appointment to take it in on Wednesday, but I didn't know how common of an issue this is or if there is anything that can be done.

I've reset it twice to factory settings in the last couple of weeks but to no avail.

I know when my iPhone 6 got a red screen "infection" that was the end of the line for that phone. T&P.

Turns out it was a faulty logic board. But thanks to the wonders of Apple Care, I got myself a brand new iPad at no additional charge.
