Anyone else play this game?
I have been playing for about 3 weeks and am really enjoying it. Several different game modes with a rotating game type that changes each day. If you like MOBAs, I think that this one has a nice niche for console gamers.
Cons: it is still in the beta so there are crashes. We have been in games where we will lose 2-3 people on game but still here them in party chat through the Xbox. If you are used to the clicking and dying by auto attacks like on games like LoL, then you will have a slight learning curve. It is like a third person shooting game with all auto attacks and abilities. There are a few characters that are really OP right now. We're still deciding on if they are worried about balance with their characters.
Pros: I really like the different characters. They have found a way to tie in Greek, Roman, Mayan, and Chinese mythology. The abilities can be related to other games/characters so that you know what it does but Smite still puts its own spin and feel on the MOBA. There are some unique characters and move sets which can create some fun move synergy and epic team battles.
Overall it has been a great game. I encourage you to give it a try!
