I just signed up for the "knight" digital. They met their goal already so looks like it will be reality.

I enjoyed Skyrim so I hope this is just as fun.

Yeah I got the baron package for alpha access. I think most Skyrim types will like it but I like the fact that sieges/battles look much more realistic/like actual battles and overall it is much more grounded (no magic/elves/etc). Now that second point might also turn others off, but as a history guy myself its right up my alley.

Looks terrible to me. The scripting looks awful and I despised skyrim.

They said mount and blade is an influence, but I'm not seeing it.

I loved Skyrim, so I went ahead and backed this. Looks like it could be awesome.

Only 100k pounds to go in terms of funding until they reach their last stretch goal (the one I'm hoping for) of performance motion capture - they say that should equal Ryse level cutscenes and dialogue.
