Story- I recently dated this girl two months ago. Soon after I dated her, out of the blue, someone texted me asking me crazy questions about her and me, harassing me personal questions. Non threating but still crazy and annoying. I figured it would be someone that knows me and her personally. I tried call reversing but it led nowhere. It was probably because this person had a textfree app, a pinger number, where he/she would text me under a fake number in their phone. I called the phone company but they said they cannot give out info. I went to the cops, same thing but they said they could tell who it is if I file a restraining order or harassment thing. Well I didn't want to do that yet without knowing who the person is. Any advice? Anyway I can know who the person is?

Call mobile carrier and block the number.

I can block the number. It's not the problem. I just want to know who the person is so I can stay away from that person. I could be still talking to this person and not know that she/he is actually the stalker. I think it's one of the girl's close friends. But then idk.

Is there an app that can trace a pinger number or even tell where the location the texts are sent from?

Which means she is BSC.

Break up with her immediately.

All valid advice. No, I'm not dating her anymore. She has been acting weird lately and not making sense. I guess it doesn't matter anymore and besides the stalker stopped texting recently. At some point, I actually thought it might be the girl herself texting me under a different person so some of you might be right. Best to move on and date non-BSC girls. Thanks y'all.

I found my wife's stolen iPhone this way.

Kid had taken it from her parents' house during a garage sale, he logged into WWF on the phone and hadn't formatted it so the change showed up on her new phone as well. Some people add a phone number on their WWF account and this guy did.
