On the cutting cable thread I was pointing out that I have an EyeTV that takes component inputs and runs to my iMac so I can watch/record things on the iMac.

One thing I need to find, if I'm going to cut cable, is how to go from an HD antenna to component cables.

My Slingbox Pro-HD indicates that it can accept an OTA antenna and has an onboard tuner, but I've never tried it myself (and don't have a good antenna to try with, though I may throw a junker on there just to test) and wondered if anyone had done this with their slingbox?

I'll give it a try and post back with conclusions, but thought I'd ask if anyone knew how that worked.
