I have a brand new HP Pavilion dv7 with Windows 7 - 64 bit. We have a printer/fax/copier at work. It's a Ricoh Aficio 2027SP.

When I go to add printer, the closest thing it can find is Ricoh Aficio 2027PS

I have looked online and found this website..

It says it has the driver, yet when I download it, the only thing it downloads is DriverDetective which is some dumb program that checks my computers drivers, tells me they are out of date and to pay for their service to update them.

Where the hell do I find the driver for this damn printer? And nobody here has a disc or anything so I cant do it manually. Hopefully one of you has an answer because I really don't want to call customer service. Those people are rarely helpful.
