All of my emails have just been deleted for a second time. It included pictures and email addresses that I really wanted to keep(but didn't back up}. I am the only person with access to my laptop, and I didn't do anything to delete them. I called Suddenlink and they said they didn't know what happened. They attempted to restore them, but it didn't work. Does anyone have any ideas about what happened, or how to prevent it happening again?

What email service do you use? If you're using suddenlink's email, you should change to Gmail immediately.
