Free conversion of WMV file to Mp3?

I'm sure there is a free conversion out there (from a trusted site).
Can anyone tell me one?
trying to convert a WMV file into garage band (needs mp3) to create a podcast.

foobar2000 is a good tool.

- you can convert WMA to mp3 with it with a simple right-click.

- Also, just to see if it would work, I put a WMV file into it. Right-click and presto, it converted the audio track to an mp3 too.

Google "Free Mp3 WMA Converter"...there's one available called "Free Converter" that works quite well for me.

Oh, did I mention I'm on a MAC, though I guess I could do it on a PC....I'll try these recommendations, thanks!
