My father in law dropped something on his Acer Aspire One and broke his screen.

you have to sometimes take the complaint sites with a grain of salt. many times people look for complaints when they have a problem.

Rarely do people take the time to write about normal transactions, as that is what they expect...you purchase something, it delivers, and it works.
