How can I set up my neo email in IMAP or POP3 through a program like Thunderbird?

I don't remember off the top of my head but they have instructions on the website. I do remember from having it set up on my computer at one time that it didn't work all that well two years ago.

It works fine. I've had it set up through Thunderbird for 2 years now.

I've got it set up with Pop for Apple Mail. It has worked well all summer long.

Here are the IMAP settings for the new TAMU Email in Thunderbird. This is how I have mine set up.

Server Name: email.tamu.edu
Port: 993
User Name: <your email user name>
Use secure connection: SSL

For your outgoing SMTP server:

Description: <whatever you want to call it>
Server Name: smtp-relay.tamu.edu
Port: 587
User Name: <your email user name>
Use secure connection: TLS
