I'm in serious trouble this week. My only QB was Caleb Williams so then I picked up Goff who's now the #3 QB. With so many other players on bye or injured, I can't keep both. What do I do at QB?

I have the following players out: Amon Ra, Chase Brown, Aaron Jones, Etienne, Jordan Mason, Malik Washington, and Breece Hall.

If Williams plays, I'll have to drop Goff to pick up a RB. If Breece Hall plays I'll need a WR, so I'd probably have to drop Malik Washington.

If Williams doesn't play, but Breece does I'll need to drop both Williams and Goff and pick up a new QB, a RB and a WR.

If neither Williams or Breece play, I'm screwed.

I would drop Etienne

He's on IR and no one is going to be scrambling to pick him up.

Before you drop Goff try and trade him.

Definitely dont drop Etienne.

Drop Mason and Malik.

Yeah I'm hesitant to drop Etienne. Although, isn't the general belief that once Mason returns, he'll be the go to option for the Vikings? Jones has been good but Mason is more explosive.

Not really. Jones has always been 1A. The upside for Mason was that Jones is injury prone. Now the Vikings offense is garbage and as long as both are healthy you are looking at a lower TD upside situation of Charbs and Ken Walker from last year.

Well the Saints haven't been good either.

Offensively they have been good. Yes the vikings shut then down. Otherwise they have been high flying with great pace of play.

Kamara has looked washed up. Etienne was never going to be a 25+ touch a game guy. But there will be opportunities to run the ball with deep safeties respecting Olave.

Obviously id take Aaron Jones over Etienne. But id take Etienne over Mason. Then Mason over Kamara.

the saints paid a lot of $$ for Etienne to come home and be their guy and Kamara does seem washed. I hope he becomes the main man at some point this season because he was the second RB I drafted and I'm in a world of hurt at RB after Ken Walker. Lost Etienne, now lost TreVeyon Henderson. My fill-ins, Braelon Allen and Emanuel Wilson, will be useless as soon as Breece Hall and Charbonnet return, which is right about now or any day now.

...not that there's really anyone out there on waivers I'm excited to try to grab right now, or as a FA tomorrow after waivers clear, but BTJ - worthless as long as he's a Jaguar. Worth stashing and holding onto, if possible, in case he gets traded a la Marvin Harrison Jr? or just drop and grab a flyer that's more involved with their team right now or another ROS stash? I do see available in my league: Alec Pierce, Adonai Mitchell, De'Zehaun Stribling (all due to come back soon), plus Chris Godwin, Mekai Lemon, Rashod Bateman.

I presume I'll be dropping Braelon Allen when Breece returns. And could drop Emanuel Wilson after this week once Charbonnet returns. so i can possibly afford to stash BTJ for another week or two to see if trade rumors pick up steam. but my WRs after Lamb have all sucked- Odunze, Addison, KC Concep. Mitchell and Pierce were getting more targets than all of my WR2 and flex options except KC, who's also hurt now.

I'm still holding and holding out hope for Pierce this season

Jaxon Smith Njigba still showing "limited" in the news. Questionable for Thursday's game. If he does play, one tweak on that ankle will probably put him out for the game. Can't decide and take a chance starting him or put in another WR (Jalen Coker (questionable for Sunday) or DeVaughn Vele).

play your studs used to be the #1 rule in fantasy

he's being listed as limited on some days they aren't practicing but required to put out an injury report before a Thursday game. if he's playing on Thursday, start him.
