They're playing their 3rd string QB. Coaches and players playing for future contracts, incentives and pride aren't just going to roll over.

Personally I would keep Lance and move on from Rush. Lance has more upside

$250k for 45% of the snaps (which he got)
Additional $250k if he played 55% of the snaps
