We can keep 2, each keeper is for the round prior than they were drafted the year before (unless a 1st which remains the same)

I have kept Christian McCaffrey and Chubb for the past 4 years. This year it will cost me my 1st (CMC) and 2nd (Chubb)

Other options are Cooks (3rd), Goedert (5th), Amari Cooper (6th) and nobody else with anything resembling value.

12 team league. I first considered and claimed CMC and Cooper. I've audibled to CMC, Chubb. When there's 24 kept players, I don't think I can give up the value of either of the two I've kept the past 4 years in a row. Convincing myself cooper at 6 has more value than chubb at 2 was a reach to try to diversify.

Am I wrong? If not, I draft WR in rounds 3 and 4 of what's left. Maybe 5th as well unless Mahomes, Allen, Jackson or Hurts is on the Board.

Please tell me where Im wrong. Please tell me giving up my first two picks is idiotic. Or tell me it's the only way and help me gameplan.

So far the only claimed keepers outside of mine are Ridley (16th) and Kenneth Walker (7th).

Edit to add QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, Flex, D/ST, K

1. Don't submit your keeper claims until you have to. (setup an auto send email in the future if you are worried about it)

2. See who else is kept and then see who you could get with a 2nd round pick. If that player (or players to be safe) is better than Chubb. If it is PPR that could be a Waddle/A.St. Brown/Lamb/Adams.

3. Of course if your round 2 pick is 20-24 range then it is a given to take Chubb.

Keep CMC and Chubb, no brainer

I think it's important to know your draft position here. If you have one of the first few picks, i might keep Chubb and Cooper, and still try to snag CMC (or one of the other top tier guys) with your first pick. If you're toward the end of the order, I probably don't try to get cute and just stick with CMC and Chubb.

Unfortunately, keepers have to be declared before draft order draw. That was put in to curtail the draft position play

I officially went CMC/Chubb, draft is sunday
